Register compensation recovery claims

This service is for:

  • insurance companies
  • other compensators
  • third party administrators

Use it to register claims with the Compensation Recovery Service (CRS).

Compensators must register a compensation claim within 14 days of receiving it.

You’ll be able to download CRS and NHS charges certificates in PDF format.

Create an account for your organisation to register claims

To register claims on this service, your organisation must:

  • create an account
  • accept a User Agreement (either as part of the account creation stage or at another time)

Your organisation must choose one person to create an account. Only the selected person should complete this process. You should check that you are the right person to create an account on behalf of your organisation.

After creating an organisation account and accepting the User Agreement, you can:

  • ask employees to create individual accounts
  • register and manage claims
  • take over existing claims from other organisations
